What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • name, date of birth and job title
  • contact information including email address, and mobile numbers

the person to contact on your behalf in case of any emergency

any health condition which could be life-threatening, such as an allergy

a copy of your passport, and your arrival flights details

  • any relevant demographic information
  • although some of your personal information is optional, most is compulsory in order that we comply with UK equality and similar laws

Children under 16

The use of any of our products or services is possible only with the written permission of a parent or legal guardian. We use and collect information about a child only with parental permission, including the taking or use of photographs. We will immediately delete any information or image which has inadvertently been captured without such consent. We will ask for, and retain only for the duration of the course, medical information for the safety and good health of the child whilst in our care. No teacher will keep or use personal contact information for a child.

Why do we collect this information, what do we do with the information we gather?

We require this information to comply with UKVI requirements, to understand your educational needs and to provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping, for your welfare and safety
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services, and to ensure you make good progress on our courses.
  • With your permission in advance, we may periodically send promotional emailsabout new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. On enrolment, you will be asked to confirm that you are willing to be contacted for this propose. You may withdraw that permission at any time.
